Neither you nor RSQUERE will initiate or pursue any legal action, proceeding or claim relating to the enforcement or breach of this Agreement, or any other matter arising under or as a result of this Agreement, except in courts located in Pune, Maharashtra. By utilizing this Website or placing orders for Products, you agree to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts regarding any legal action, proceeding or claim related to this Agreement.

Waiver of Class Action Rights: Upon agreeing to this contract, you permanently relinquish any entitlement to amalgamate claims with others via a class action or comparable legal mechanism. Any claims that arise from, pertain to, or are connected with this agreement must be made singularly.

Termination: If RSQUERE, at its sole discretion, reasonably believes that you have violated any of the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, it reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website. Upon termination, you will no longer be allowed to use the Website, and RSQUERE may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, cancel any pending orders for Products. Unless and until RSQUERE decides, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, to terminate it, this Agreement will remain in effect indefinitely.

To maintain uninterrupted access to services, it is the customer's responsibility to make timely payments for renewal fees.

The total price for the product you subscribe to will comprise the product amount and any applicable tax, which is determined based on the current tax rate at the time of your subscription.

Product prices on the website are subject to change at any time, and we do not offer price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

The client is entitled to claim refund during the tenure of his subscription for the unexpired period excluding GST and fees.

A mandatory lock-in period of one year from the date of investment will apply to all plans. Withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances before the end of the mandatory lock-in period

In the event that you withdraw your principal amount after the mandatory lock-in period of one year from the date of investment but before the maturity date, a compulsory foreclosure penalty will be applied to the withdrawal amount:
1) 4% per annum for 2 year plan
2) 7% per annum for 5 year plan
